If you're looking for customer service done the way you remember it, come to Weiders. This was a really pleasant and positive experience. Support small business - and their customer service experience is why. We purchased a battery-powered Stihl trimmer and they went above and beyond to help us get it fast since it's for our business. I'd like to particularly commend Alex. He was so patient and got the battery sent over from another store for the bundle so we could get it into service tomorrow. I will be back here again - we'll probably need a blower soon.

This is the first time we have used Weider's and it was a wonderful experience. They did a repair on our Ryobi riding mower. Thanks to their diligence in tracking down the cause of the problem to an incorrectly factory installed part, our repair was covered in full by Ryobi. The communication was excellent. They answered our questions and kept us informed about their progress. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Weider's!

Pick up our turned spindle floor lamp that had become "wobbley", the 3 turned sections had become loose from each other and the base. Great job, reasonable price. Dan was very pleasant to deal with.

Love this place! The staff is always knowledgeable, or at the very least willing to have an awkward conversation with you about a "doohickey" when you're really talking about a shim. No pricier than big-name competitors and sometimes they have some cool stuff that other places don't have. Particularly for anyone who lives in Brighton, it's a great place to go if you need to get some handiwork done.

These guys really helped be my advocate in a Ryobi warranty claim. They worked through issues and proactively communicated. The fixed tool is working great! I used it a bunch today! Thank you again and please patronize this fine establishment.

Tried to contact them after hours and got a call back the next day from Ned. He was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my issue and so very patient with all my questions over the phone. He had all the answers and helped me understand my problem with ice damming. Thank you so much, Ned!!

Krystal went above and beyond to help me find the parts to repair a lamp. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! This is consistently my experience here. I’m always greeted and someone always offers to help me find what I need. I have been able to find some odd parts that I would not be able to find at a big box store because they have a repair shop at the store. (Parts for old door knobs, etc.)
